By purchasing a ticket and/or attending The Getaway: All the Feels (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Admission

• All attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

• Valid government-issued photo ID is required for check-in.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

2. Code of Conduct

• This is a queer-centered and ally-inclusive space. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

• The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee at any time for behavior deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive to the experience of others.

3. Weather & Schedule

• The event is rain or shine. Programming is subject to change without notice.

• No refunds will be issued due to changes in schedule, weather, or artist availability.

4. Safety & Liability

• Attendees participate at their own risk. This includes all activities such as swimming, dancing, physical movement, and interaction with other guests.

• The organizers, affiliates, vendors, volunteers, and Campit Outdoor Resort are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, loss of property, or damages sustained during the event.

5. Media & Photography

• By entering the event space, you grant permission to be photographed or recorded for promotional, archival, and social media use by the event organizers, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing upon arrival.

6. Prohibited Items

• No glass containers are allowed on Campit grounds.

• Illegal drugs, weapons, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

• Amplified personal music devices at campsites are discouraged after quiet hours.

7. Accessibility & Accommodations

• We aim to make the event accessible to all. If you have a specific need or require accommodation, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to support your experience.

8. Ticket Policy​
